Trusted support for your recovery journey.
Individual and group therapy for adults in Massachusetts.
You’re wondering if you need to make a change.
Maybe you’re starting to wonder if your drinking is affecting you, but you’re not sure how or even whether to stop or cut down. Or you’re newly sober, but wondering how you’re going to keep this going. Wondering if you’re going to have to just livewith the anxiety, depression, or relationship stress that were triggering your use. Or you’re going to 12-step meetings, and taking things one day at a time, but it’s a struggle, and you’re wondering if this is as good as it gets.
You’re not alone in feeling this way, and you can work with someone who understands.
Therapy can give you the tools, support, and insight you need, to enable you to live the life you want.

You might be thinking, “I’m not sure….what about….?”
It’s normal to have reservations about therapy, thinking it will make things worse, that you won’t be taken seriously, or that things aren’t “bad enough” for you to ask for help. And I get it! I’ve felt those same things myself before going to therapy.
I want you to know that you don’t have to do this on your own.
Whether you’re seeking therapy for the first time, or have tried it before, I believe our work together will offer something unique.
I have guided hundreds of people through their recovery journeys. I have helped them feel safe, listened to, and understood. I can give you the support, insight, and tools you need for a manageable and meaningful life.
Let me help you.
